SoCalCCCC Spring 2020 Regional CTF

April 11, 2020 @ 9:00 am - 3:00 pm

Welcome to the SocalCCCC Spring 2020 Regional CTF! Make sure to RSVP for the correct college! Each college has limited seats available.

Put your cybersecurity skills to the test! In this CTF, middle, high, and community college students in Orange County face against each other in the biggest CTF of the season. In this regional CTF, Cypress College, Coastline College, and Irvine Valley College collectively host sessions at their respective colleges. This CTF is designed for every level of experience from beginners to the advanced competitors. This CTF was designed to be as web-based as possible. The challenges utilize SSH as well as other forms of web communication. Each challenge allows unlimited attempts. The category pathways are cumulative and dynamic, meaning new challenges unlock automatically for certain challenges you pass. In order to succeed in these challenges, competitors must search for values known as flags to input into the challenge on the CTF website.

This is a user based CTF, each competitor for themselves! Note the location where each college hosts the CTF at their site. This is a 3 hour event at each college. Please remember that all rules and guidelines of the respective college are still in place during this event.

The SocalCCCC Spring 2020 Regional CTF features prizes for the first time. Prizes includes a DJI drone, Raspberry Pi 4 kit, and a Corsair K55 keyboard and mouse combo.
