What is the SoCal Cyber Cup?
The 12th annual Southern California Cyber Cup is a cybersecurity competition for middle school, high school, and community college teams in Southern California. Funded through sponsors such as the Department of Defense, the SoCal Cyber Cup provides extensive training and mentorship to its participating students in cybersecurity. Faculty from Coastline College, Palomar College, and Riverside City College will be developing the training content and information needed to advance your teams.
To get started, a team of 3 - 8 students are needed and an adult is required as a coach.
Key Dates
Registration is open through March 15th, 2021
- February 15 - May 16
Practice Gym Opens - 9AM April 22 - 9PM April 24, 2021
Qualifier window (Teams sign up for 8-hour window) - May 22, 2021
Finals round will be held virtually, top 8 teams from each division.
